How Do I Remove A Teammate From A Workspace?

The duplication feature in SignHouse allows users to easily create exact replicas of documents.

 

This is useful if, for example:

  • You want to make edits without altering the original version

  • You’ve had a document declined and want to re-start it

  • A mistake has been made on a sent/signed/etc. document, but want to re-instantiate it

To duplicate a document:

  1. On the homepage, click the “Sent for Signing” button at the left side of your screen.

  2. On the "Sent for Signing" page, click the "Options" button located at the right end of the document you wish to duplicate. This will prompt a list of options featuring various functions.
  3. Click the “Duplication” function on the list and this creates an identical clone of your document, which is automatically saved as a draft.
