To create your signature, you first need to place a Signature block. This is a drag-and-drop field block that can be added to any document. Here are the steps to access it:
- Log in to your SignHouse account, upload a document, and navigate to the edit page.
- On the document edit page, drag and drop the Signature block to the desired location on the document. (By Default, the signature block is assigned to you)
- Click on the Signature field block, which will prompt a dropdown menu.
- Click on the "Edit Signature" button, which will open the Edit Signature pop-up window.
- In the "Edit Signature" dialog box that appears, you can create your signature using the "Type", "Draw", or "Upload" Signature options.
To draw your signature, use your mouse or trackpad to draw it on the canvas and select your preferred color and font.
Alternatively, you can text your signature with the “Text” option and select your preferred color and font.
You also have the option to upload an image of your signature.
Once you have created your signature, click the “Save this Signature” button.
